Whether a veteran’s wound is physical or emotional VA has the research and expertise to ensure a soldier’s successful transition to civilian life.  VA Salt Lake City prides itself on treating the whole Veteran: body, mind and spirit to include: basic primary care, mental health treatment to include PTSD, care for women veterans, pain management, and treatment for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)  VA also leads the way in prosthetics rehabilitation for amputees.
