PROVO — The BYU Cougars are 17 point underdogs going into Saturday’s game against the Washington Huskies, but they’re not giving up.

Receiver Dylan Collie says he has a healthy respect for Washington, which pummeled BYU’s in-state rival, Utah, earlier this month.

“I think you watch them, you just – the first thing that comes off the top is their athleticism,” Collie says.

BYU is coming off its best start in years but 11th-ranked Washington will have the home field advantage. However, that’s not what linebacker Adam Pulsipher is concerned about.

“They’ve definitely got a lot of speed on the outside in the receiver position and also the running back position, and I think that’ll test us,” Pulsipher says. “Their linebackers play physical and they can chase things down and they can make plays all over the field, no matter what position they’re at.”

The game kicks off 6:30 p.m. mountain time in Seattle, with a pre-game show starting at 4:30 on KSL Newsradio.
