SALT LAKE CITY — Okay, so Donovan Mitchell’s dunk against the Dallas Mavericks happened over a whole day ago, and in today’s social media world, a day may feel like it happened last week. However, the dunk was so good that the reactions were still coming in the following day.

We could show you all the fans and how much they enjoyed it. Which, trust us, they did.

What about the players’ reactions too? Well, they were just as excited or mesmerized by the dunk as well. Rookie Luka Doncic for the Mavericks could only look on.

Usually on a nice dunk you’ll see the team’s bench stand up and celebrate. The Jazz bench sure did, but the facial expressions including from opposing players were priceless.

The Jazz players on the court sure seemed to like it as well. Watch Joe Ingles do a little Jingles dance as he exits out of frame after the vicious slam.

Rudy Gobert got in on the celebration as well. Is that an airplane going in reverse, Rudy? It does seem like we saw a Spida fly.

And finally Jae Crowder. His reaction is priceless too because his is more of a “What did I just witness?” kind of look.

Yes, Donovan Mitchell has had spectacular dunks, and will probably continue to add to his list of impressive dunks in the future, but it is just what the doctor ordered for fans after a four-game skid: to watch the Jazz win and to see another Spida Dunk.

Jazz will host the Boston Celtics and possibly see the return of Gordon Hayward to the Beehive State. Tip-off is set for 7:30 P.M.

We want to hear from you.
