SALT LAKE CITY — Uintah Animal Control and Shelter has a heeler up for adoption that may require some very special dog parents.
Meaning, they’d have to be patient and really impressed with the puppy’s abilities.
In this case one of the abilities is to manipulate a lock on a cage, and let herself out.
