Three drug-trafficking suspects from Utah have been jailed in Nevada on bail set at more than $3 million each. The Elko Daily Free Press reports a drug-sniffing dog helped find more than a pound of methamphetamine Monday after an officer confronted the trio in West Wendover near I-80 along the state line. A police officer says he spotted them transferring a bag between two vehicles, one that had been reported stolen. Bail was set at $4 million for a woman from Taylorsville, Utah. She faces 17 counts of trafficking a controlled substance. The others are from Magna and Salt Lake City.
