KSL NewsRadio has launched a new half hour program “Utah Coronavirus Call-In,” airing weekdays from 12:20-1:00 p.m. The live show, hosted by KSL’s Jeff Caplan and in partnership with the state of Utah and the Governor’s Office, will feature different medical professionals and experts each day answering questions from listeners.
Utahns are encouraged to call in during the show with questions they would like answered at 801-575-8255, or they can text questions to 57500 during the show. Show producers will comb through questions to focus on the topics that will be most beneficial to the community.
“I’m proud to be a part of this special daily program,” said show host Jeff Caplan. “In the middle of a crisis, it’s important to have a place where rumors can be laid to rest, facts can be aired, and Utahns can find real information from the absolute best sources possible.”
KSL will also present an hour of Coronavirus coverage each night from 7-8 p.m. It will include a re-play of “Utah Coronavirus Call-In” and a daily 30-minute special on the pandemic by ABC News Radio. KSL’s Unrivaled will continue to broadcast each night from 8-9 p.m.
Listeners can also listen to the show on-demand as a podcast.
