SALT LAKE CITY — Utah County officials have released the names of two businesses that had clusters of COVID-19 cases early in the outbreak.

The two businesses are Wasatch Truss in Spanish Fork and Built Bar in American Fork.

Several media organizations, including KSL-TV, went to court to force that disclosure.

KSL-TV reports Built Bar is being sued by a former employee who says the company ignored public health orders and threatened to terminate employees if they talked about the outbreak.

Back in May, the company said it had implemented temperature checks and paid employees while it cleaned the facility — and hasn’t had a case since.

Wasatch Truss told KSL-TV the company took the outbreak seriously from the beginning, but that there was a lot of confusion early on.
