SALT LAKE CITY — A boil order issued for drinking water in two Tooele subdivisions has been lifted.
In a statement, Tooele City officials say the Division of Drinking Water has tested samples from the Loma Vista and Skyline Ridge subdivisions and that “all samples were absent of coliform and E. Coli.”
“These sample results show the drinking water meets regulator standards and is safe to drink,” the statement continued.
A boil order was issued on April 16, 2021 because of a damaged water line.
It affected the area east of Droubay Road, west of Canyon Overlook Drive, north of Skyline Drive, and those on 270 South.
