NORTH SALT LAKE, Utah — A FrontRunner train collided with a car in North Salt Lake City at Center Street Friday morning.
Carl Arky, Utah Transit Authority spokesman, said the only person in the car was able to get out without injury.
After the FrontRunner train collided with the car, emergency crews blocked westbound lanes of traffic on Center Street near the Interstate 15 exit ramps, and vehicles were directed to the eastbound lanes.
Arky added a bus bridge was in place in both directions between the North Temple and Wood Cross stations while the accident was cleaned up and investigated.
