MIDWAY, Utah — Bundle up! Ice Castles, Midway’s popular and icy winter attraction is relocating from the Homestead Resort to Midway’s Soldier Hollow Nordic Center this year.
“We are excited to partner with Soldier Hollow Nordic Center to bring the magic of Ice Castles back to Midway this winter,” said Ice Castles’ CEO Kyle Standifird. “Our mission is to give people a place where they can escape from the hustle of daily life for a moment and step into a frozen fairy-tale world while creating a fun and safe outdoor experience.”
The popular attraction is expected to stay open until late February, weather dependent. Those who plan to go are encouraged to dress for outdoor winter elements.
All icicles are sourced by local ice artisans, who have already begun growing and sculpting the exhibits. Ice Castles should be ready for visitors by late December or early January.
Outside of Utah, this company has snowy locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, New Hampshire, and New York.
