KAYSVILLE, Utah — A chiropractor pleaded not guilty to new charges of sexual abuse earlier this week. Kenneth Walter Pierce is accused of one count of object rape and 19 counts of forcible sexual abuse, 20 total felony charges.

Pierce was arrested last September after a patient went to police saying she’d been sexually assaulted during a visit to his practice, Right Now! Chiropractic, for a deep tissue massage.

Other patients report sexual abuse from the chiropractor

Since then, prosecutors say six more victims have come forward, bringing new charges. Court documents say a second patient alleged she was sexually abused during a massage in July 2020. The massage reportedly took place after hours at Right Now! Chiropractic, while the additional patients reported being sexually abused by Pierce between 2018 and 2021 at his chiropractic practice.

Pierce was in 2nd District Court Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to the latest charges. He’s being held in the Davis County Jail without bail.
