Mar 13, 2022, 8:51 PM
Provo, Utah – The 2022 BYU men’s basketball team was left out of the 2022 Men’s NCAA Tournament field on Sunday, despite being ranked as high as 12th in the nation during their regular season.
It will be the first year that the BYU men miss the annual NCAA tournament since 2019.
However, as KSL.com reported, the Cougars are the number 2 seed in the NIT with play beginning Wednesday night.
