SALT LAKE CITY — An updated website lets Utahns have easy access to information about judges up for election. The website, judges.utah.gov, lets you get a snapshot look at all 63 Utah judges that could be on your ballot this November.

Each judge has a description summarizing their performance. There is also an infographic for each judge showing how they measure up to their peers and minimum standards.

The site gives details on judges’ objective standards, courtroom observation results, survey responses and more.

The site also lets you give comments on judges from anywhere in the state, even allowing the option to provide anonymous feedback.

The Utah Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission runs the site. The group said it wants to make sure people have all the information they need to fill their ballots.

The group said one of the goals of the site is to boost voter turnout since 23% of Utahn voters don’t finish their ballots.
