TAYLORSVILLE, Utah — Taylorsville police have identified 21-year-old Eduardo Moreno Lujan as one of the victims of a shooting in Taylorsville on Monday night.
The second victim has not yet been identified.
According to police, both people were shot outside the Atherton Park Apartments at 4545 South Atherton Drive late Monday night.
Both of the deceased males were found in a car in the parking lot of the apartments.
Taylorsville Police said they arrested 19-year-old Rafael Antonio Torres in connection with the shootings. They believe the fatal shootings were connected to a drug deal.
