SALT LAKE CITY — Senator Hatch is hearing from some Utahns who say they would be negatively affected by a healthcare reform bill.

Advocacy groups delivered letters on Wednesday from what they say are 1,000 Utahns who fear they will be hurt by changes to Obamacare.

Hatch’s spokesman says they were pleased to meet with the groups and get their input.
