More snow = more ski time! These Utah resorts extended their seasons

SALT LAKE CITY — With record snowfall in the mountains, spring skiing may turn to summer skiing. In any case, ski resorts are extending their 2023 seasons across the Beehive State. 

Many resorts have said their closing dates are tentative depending on future snow storms. So, there is the possibility of even later closing days. 

Here’s where many Utah ski resorts stand now

Alta – Sunday, April 23, 2023

Beaver Mountain – Sunday, April 9

Brian head – Sunday, April 16

Deer Valley – Sunday, April 23, 2023

Park City – Sunday, April 23, 2023

Powder mountain – Sunday, April 16

Snowbasin – Sunday, April 16

Snowbird– Daily through May 14. Starting May 19, Friday through Sunday until Memorial Day (May 29). 

Solitude – Daily through May 7. Then, Friday through Sunday until May 21.
