Montana Congressional candidate charged with assaulting reporter

SALT LAKE CITY — The Republican candidate for Congress in Montana’s special election has been accused of assaulting a reporter.

Witnesses said Greg Gianforte got mad at Guardian reporter Ben Jacobs because Jacobs wouldn’t quit asking questions.
