Chad Daybell pleads not guilty in new murder charges

UPDATE: Chad Daybell has pleaded not guilty to 9 new charges including three charges of first-degree murder in the deaths of his late wife Tammy Daybell, JJ Vallow and Tylee Ryan.
The court will schedule a hearing to schedule a trial at 9:30 on June 23rd.

ST. ANTHONY, Idaho — Chad Daybell will be back in an Idaho court Wednesday morning after being indicted on a number of charges, including three first-degree murder charges, last month.
Those charges include the first-degree murder of Chad’s former wife Tammy Daybell, and the first-degree murders of Lori’s two children 16-year-old Tylee Ryan and 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow.
Currently, Chad faces 9 felony charges in Fremont County including 3 first-degree murder charges, criminal conspiracy, conspiracy to commit murder, and two charges of insurance fraud.
The arraignment hearing is expected to be short. Daybell will appear before Fremont County District Judge Steven Boyce at 10:30 am where he’ll be presented these charges among others and given the chance to plead guilty or not guilty.
