Ham and cheese sliders
Take your grilled cheese game up a notch with these ham and cheese sliders. Brushing it with delicious sauce gives it a unique flavor. You might need to double the batch!
Ingredients:
- 12 slider rolls, split
- 12 slices of ham
- 6 slices provolone cheese, halved
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Instructions:
- Place the slices of ham and cheese on the bottom bun, and top it off with the other half of the bun
- Melt the butter and whisk together the remainder of the liquids
- Brush the mixture on top of the buns
- Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
French onion chip dip
Ingredients:
- 14 oz sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1.4 oz french onion soup mix
Instructions:
- Mix the ingredients together and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Serve with Ruffles Ridge Chips
Tater tot nachos
Napoleon Dynamite would definitely approve of this twist on a classic nacho serving platter. Simply swap out chips for tots and customize the toppings to meet your taste!
Ingredients:
- 1 bag tater tots, prepared with directions
- ½ pound ground beef
- 1 cup. mild cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup salsa
- Sour cream to taste
Optional
- Bacon bits
- Diced onion
- Refried beans
Instructions:
- Cook the ground beef following the instructions
- Follow the directions on the package for baking the tator tots
- Layer a row of tots with a layer of toppings, then add another layer of tots with toppings, etc. Stack them up to get the flavor all the way through!
Veggie trays
A veggie tray is a simple way platter to put together on your own with some prepared vegetables or grab a premade one to save on prep time. Make sure you have some ranch dressing or blue cheese for a dip!
Ingredients:
- Celery
- Carrots
- Grape tomatoes
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
Peanut butter bars
This recipe, shared by All Recipes, is a step up from your premade peanut butter cups. This requires no baking, but prepare ahead of time since it takes an hour to cool.
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 cup peanut butter
Topping:
- 1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
Instructions:
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, butter, and peanut butter in a medium bowl until well-blended.
- Press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9×13-inch pan.
- Melt the chocolate chips and 4 tbsp peanut butter until smooth, and spread evenly over the crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into 12 squares.
